Eve Grace-Kelly comes from a Human Resources, Project Management and entrepreneurial background and has international experience, having lived in Singapore, Belgium (Brussels), America (Texas) and England. Vinden Grace has a financial, Project Management and entrepreneurial background. He has lived and studied in America (Boston), and lived and worked in Brussels and England.

Our background is working for blue-chip (well-known/leading) companies, both in the UK and internationally, but we have also set up and run our own IT recruitment company and a management consultancy, so know at first-hand the challenges faced by small businesses.

With degrees in business (from Warwick University) and computing (Boston University), plus 25 years each of business experience up to a senior level, we are able to offer companies and individuals a coaching experience tailored to their needs.

Clients have included those as diverse as an international government agency, an actress, a Customer Care Director through to a UK-based priest (vicar), amongst others. Coaching is for everyone, coaches included. Having someone to encourage us and listen to us is vital for everyone.
