What happens when we contact you?

• For Life Coaching, we will spend 45 minutes getting to know you, to ascertain your current challenges and seeing where we might help you and to give you a short coaching experience.
• This also gives you the chance to ensure that you feel comfortable working with us.
• Naturally, as trained coaches with NLP certification, we'll do our utmost to ensure that you feel comfortable holding frank discussions with us.
• If you then wish to take it further, we'll send out (via email / post) an information pack with preliminary forms to complete, enabling us to get a clearer picture of both you and your aspirations. On receipt of the completed forms, we can then schedule in a coaching session.
• For Business or Performance Coaching, the process is very similar, but different forms may apply.
